Using our web-based control panel we can give you 24 access to your call information. Customers can monitor incoming calls and costs when required, Calls, even the ones that weren't answered are listed against complete billing information.
As all your information is online based, we can even help you recover faxes and voicemail that have become 'lost'. All customer messages are available on our servers for a period of 90 days and can always be accessed and sent back to you using your online control panel.
