We would like to share the top three tips on how to use the free call manger to help your business. These tips are brought to you from actual users of the service and are in their own words:
Never miss a sales call even when your office is closed.
"We receive calls to both of our 0844 numbers, one is a sales line and the second our customer service line. On a Monday morning I log in to our switchboard account and go to the stats page where I select the last 250 missed calls. On this list I can see the phone numbers of the people that called my sales number over the weekend and in the evening. I print the list and pass it to our sales team, who then return all the missed calls! We always make several sales from this exercise."

Know how to great your callers
"I sometimes take work calls when I'm at home. It's always difficult to know how I should answer the phone when it rings. I use the whisper feature on my 0844 number, so the system tells me it's a work call before I answer the call! It's fantastic, even my children know to pass the phone to me when they hear the whisper. Its easy to set up and you can record a different whispers for each number you have, so you also know if it's a general call or a sales call."

Listen to my voice mail from any computer
"I'm not able to access my work email outside our office, so listening to the voice mails on email was difficult. I was pleased to learn I could log on to my account from any pc and click on the stats link. From there I can list all my calls from each of my numbers and see the calls with a voice mail. I can listen to the voice mails that are less than a month old just by clicking on the voice mail link!"
